Uh, i just looked at your book list and I feel terrible. The book I was going to mail you is still sitting on my kitchen counter in an envelope (with your name and address on it) 3000 miles from where I am. I guess you don't need to borrow mine anymore - you probably found someone more reliable with a copy. Please forgive me!
