Happy Birthday, Baby Boy Jake

Our 3rd boy, Jake , is a sweet hearted, gentle soul. He is a super basketball player and loves all sports. He does well in school and is excelling in Boy Scouts. We are soooo blessed to be his parents. Happy 12th birthday, Baby Boy!

Daddy surprised him and met him at "Tommy's" for lunch. It's a favorite of theirs. No thanks :)

Camping-Sycamore Cove in Malibu

We went camping with friends at Sycamore Cove. It is in Malibu, but right on the border. It was beautiful!! The weather was strangely cold, though. When we were on the beach or at our campsite we were cold, but when we hiked or took a bike ride, just slightly up the canyon, it was HOT. So we got a mix of climates and a variety of friends to spend the time with. We love camping. Our next trip is to Catalina, Two Harbors campsite. Can't wait!

We finally got a date night! We went to see "Taking of Pelham 123" and was good! We didn't have to rush and we got to talk without being interrupted. It was a fun night. (my 10 year old daughter took this pic)
